I went to see Mr. Lupchinski again on Thursday. First of all, it was an absolutely beautiful day out, so I was really excited to get out of school early to walk over to School #4. When I got there, all the children had 2 sticks (instruments) in front of them. This was unlike any other time I went over there. Therefore, I knew this class was going to be a fun one.
Mr. L started with naming animals and asking if the kids knew which animals made that sound. Everyone was so eager to get the answer correct and get a ticket. After that, Mr. L played the song for them and showed them where to sing and where to play their sticks. Some kids couldn't control their excitement, and I can understand why. I wish I got to do that kind of stuff when I was in kindergarten. Next, Mr. L recorded them on his radio and played it back for them. This was fun, but also a way for Mr. L to see who was talking when they weren't supposed to be. Time went by way too fast because right after Mr. L recorded the kids, the class over.
I had a great time! =]

Sounds like a great class. Perhaps for your presentation you can do something that enables the audience to do some hands on learning!
